Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions are reflective of our terms applicable as part of your booking. These terms and conditions form the basis of the contract with you and the Inn on Bath Creek.

Individual rooms are from $130 per night, double occupancy. A two night minimum booking is required for a Friday or Saturday night stay between our busy season, from April 1st to November 1st.


  • Check-in time is between 3 – 7 p.m. Later check in times are by prior arrangement only.
  • Checkout time 11 a.m.
  • Smoking is permitted on the front and back porches only. There is no smoking inside the Inn.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Breakfast is served at 8:30. Other times are available on request.
  • Business or government employee per diem rates honored on a case by case basis
  • Discounts available for stays of 4 nights or more
  • Gift Certificates available
  • Children cannot be accommodate at the Inn
  • There is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms

Payment Policy

We accept cash, credit cards, personal check, and traveler’s cheques. Rates are subject to sales tax. Reservations must be secured by credit card at time of reservation.


Cancellation Policy
  • No charge for cancellations received seven days prior to single room booking. A one-night room charge will be applied for cancellation within 6 days of the check-in date unless the room can be rented to someone else.
  • 14-Day notice required for holidays, special events and multi-room reservations. A one-night room charge will be applied for each room cancelled. No cancellations accepted for whole house bookings.
